Very disappointed. Reserved for outside seating couple of weeks ago. On the day off, received a text that the patio is closed and if we want to sit inside. We agreed. This time they said they cannot accommodate us at the same time our original reservation was. Annoying. Still agreed on the time they suggested. Then they came back and said they were able to accommodate us at the original time we had initially reserved the table for. We arrived there 10 minutes earlier and they sat us at a table in a dark room next to the waiters' station. When we complained, they moved us to another table where the A/C vent was on top of us blowing cold air. Kindly asked the waiter to change the thermostat. She refused (apparently they cannot change the thermostat) and arranged for us to move to the main area of the restaurant where they had one table for two. That table was in between two bigger tables. We felt like we were going to be squeezed there. So the manager arrives who kindly offered to change the thermostat (now all of a sudden the thermostat was not an issue) in the other room and took us back to the back room. Finally, the temperature was good. We ordered appetizers and pizza (we were craving for their pizza). We also ordered a carafe of wine. Per their menu the carafe's size was 250ml and apparently it was for three glasses. We barely were able to get two glasses out of it. The service was not great. Very mediocre. To top it all, the pizza was not good. All that craving went down the drain. A very disappointing experience. Mind you we had driven miles and miles to get there.

Food is delicious but overpriced. They only serve beer and wine which was a bummer since the restaurant has a full bar. No cell reception and no WiFi so not the place for a working meal.

Some of the best pizza I have ever eaten. Very fresh and authentic. I would go again and definitely recommend!

The food is still very good here, however the staff and service, much like many places, has become entitled and withdrawn. I truly don't understand, as someone who grew up in the service industry, why it is so difficult to help make someone's dinning experience, especially an 80th birthday party, an enjoyable experience. It's not that they really did anything "wrong," it just seems that no one cares or even wants to go above and beyond anymore! Yet we are forced to pay way more (per hour and in "suggested" gratuity).

Truly outstanding meal and service. Pizza is probably the best in Los Angeles and the salads and meatballs aren’t far behind
