Another excellent dinner at Pizzeria Mozza! My boyfriend and I love coming here and tonight we brought my parents out and they were blown away. Everything is always amazing including the service. Thank you Juan!

The food was great. We love all 3 restaurants in the block and have visited many times recently. I would definitely recommend the food. The outside area also has a great ambiance. However, I'm writing this review because I was shocked at my experience tonight. We said we didn't want any dessert and asked for the check. Our server brought out a gelato with the check and said "you cannot leave here without trying our gelato." We thought it was a sweet gesture until we opened the check and saw that the server charged us for a kids' scoop. I would've gladly bought a dessert if he had told us it was a must-have. I am just shocked and disagree that he charged us for a dessert when we explicitly said we didn't want any dessert. I just wanted to write this review so other customers can be aware of this practice.

Oh no Jacinta that was totally our mistake! We always ring everything into the computer so the chef knows to make it but we meant to split that off from your check! I just refunded it to your card so sorry about that! Hope you have a great rest of your weekend.

They had a birthday card for me which was nice and the service was excellent . One dish was delayed but they gave us a free side dish while we waited . Over all I just love this place

Six of us were celebrating a friend's birthday on the coldest and wettest day in LA in 8 months (January 26th). This is important as when we arrived at the restaurant, it was freezing. We asked to have the A/C turned off only to be told it wasn't on - their heater was broken. We didn't understand why the restaurant didn't notify customers ahead of time so we could have dressed appropriately (warmer) as they had our contact information via our Open Table reservation. Did they do anything to compensate diners for this inconvenience? A complimentary glass of wine? A cup of soup? A discount on the bill? Absolutely not! They offered blankets!! Had it not been a special occasion, we would have left rather than suffer through an evening of discomfort. It's unfortunate as the food was very good (albeit expensive) and our server was delightful and professional. Could they have comped the birthday dessert as a goodwill gesture after we repeatedly complained about the temperature even with blankets? Once again no. We couldn't believe a restaurant of this caliber would be so insensitive to its patrons' comfort. They must believe their reputation is greater than their customers' dining experience. We were really disappointed in the restaurant's cavalier attitude.

Pizza was excellent. Stripped bass was excellent. Salad was decent, but generous. Dessert was a bust, the profiterole was hyper sweet, sticky, it spoiled the meal.

Food was delicious as always. This is the first time we sat at a table inside and it was just a little bit too loud. Other than that it was perfect.
