    There was an error and I got the wrong pizza. They replaced it in a to fashion but I had to send it back because it was not fully cooked.

    I’m gluten free and my pizza crust was absolutely the best gluten free crust I have ever tasted. The toppings were delicious. One of the people in our party ordered pasta that was pronounced delicious. He would order it again.

    Last week, I had an incredibly disheartening experience. The evening was marked by mediocrity, from the food to the service, leaving a lasting impression that was far from positive. My girlfriend and I decided opted for a pizza and gnocchi to share. Regrettably, the food was underwhelming. The pizza, typically a symbol of Italian culinary excellence, was mediocre at best. The crust was far from the crispy delight we were anticipating, and the toppings combination did not work well. The gnocchi, traditionally a comforting, homey dish, failed to deliver on both taste and texture. It was stodgy and lacked the light, pillowy quality that the best gnocchi should have. The sauce it was served in was equally disappointing, lacking depth of flavor and the right consistency. But the disappointments did not end with the food. The service, a critical aspect of any dining experience, was severely lacking. The restaurant was far from fell but staff could not handle the responsibility. We were left waiting for long periods for everything - including looking to pay and leave. In a competitive food industry, it is clear that this restaurant fails to meet the standards expected by discerning diners. Unfortunately, until substantial improvements are made in both the culinary and service departments, I am hesitant to recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a satisfying Italian dining experience.

    The taste is on point. I had the Margherita Pizza and it was delicious. Tastes like authentic pizza from Naples. Fresh ingredients. Will come back.

    Overall it’s a nice option and place to go. Tried the New York style it was ok. Service was good. They were pretty full.

    I have previously visited the Danforth location and though I love that location my parents are up in age and can’t handle loud and crowded places anymore. Thankfully I found out about the North York location (which was also much closer to their home). I brought my dad here on April 27th to celebrate his 80th birthday, along with my mom and husband, and we all throughly enjoyed the dining experience. I’m happy to say that the service and food quality of this new location in North York is exactly what I expected from Libretto Pizza. Our server, Narumi, was attentive and helpful and I thank her for her kindness. (Narumi-san, arigato 🙇‍♀️ ). My parents are very hard to please but they both enjoyed this restaurant experience, everything we ordered, and appreciated the birthday tiramisu surprise. Thank you so much for making my dad’s birthday a happy memory for him. We’ll be back soon! Grazie mille 😊 Reba, Maurice, mom & dad!

    The salad we ordered endive and apple was so bitter. Our server noticed we didn’t touch the salad and she said oh yea, it’s not the best salad. She didn’t offer us another one or anything. She just told us we should have ordered the arugula and pear. I wouldn’t go back. The pizza was okay. Not the best compared to all the other places there are now.

    Fabulous pizza! Great option for vegans too. Perfect place to grab a bite after a show and catch up with friends.

    Service was terrible. Not enough staff and the restaurant was less than half full. Pizza was sloppy and underdone. Pear salad was good though.
