Pizzeria Bianco started in 1988 in the back of a Phoenix neighborhood grocery store. Since then, owner and chef Chris Bianco has revolutionized artisanal pizza. Winner of the 2003 James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest, Bianco was also named one of Zagat's six chefs who changed pizza. He creates specialty pizzas that include the Sonny Boy with fresh mozzarella, salami and olives, the Wiseguy with wood-roasted onion, house-smoked mozzarella and fennel sausage, and the Biancoverde with mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and arugula.Pizzeria Bianco is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday.

All time Pizza spot. Not to be confused with New Haven pizza but still high above the Pizza Pie standard that we tolerate this far from NY.

The pizza is the best! The service is timely, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is loud at times I couldn’t hear conversation but who cares, the pizza is wonderful.

We came for my husband's birthday and had a lovely experience. He especially loved the Pappardelle with Bolognese sauce!

The pizza crust is perfection! We loved everything from the appetizers, bread, the fabulous pizzas, and dessert. The Rosa Pizza is very unique and lived up to its billing!

Service was excellent, food quality was disappointing. The price is listed online are not the same once you get in the restaurant pizzas are 26 apiece. Was so excited to try it but won’t be back

The food was very good. Our server was great! Too pricey for a small pizza. Also, we left our table and forgot our pizza. Went back less than five minutes after initially leaving and they already said they threw out the take home bag. Doesn’t make any sense. If you try to call the restaurant, their automated phone system doesn’t allow you to reach a live person and the message box is full. No way to reach them.
