Join us at our cozy spot on the East end of Pearl Street, right in the heart of downtown Boulder. Our menu features Southern Italian staples like fritti, fresh salads, savory salumi, artisanal pizzas, and delicious gelato, all made with ingredients from local farms to bring you a fresh take on the classics. Our wood-fired oven adds an authentic touch to our pizzas, creating a perfect, crispy crust every time.

The food here is excellent! The arancini were among the best I’ve ever had, and that includes those I’ve eaten in Italy. The pizzas are six slices, which were perfect for sharing. We got the pizza Emilia which had prosciutto, mozzarella, and arugula — the flavors were perfectly balanced. You can also tell that the ingredients are high quality. Our server was very attentive and friendly, as were all the other staff we interacted with there. This is our third trip to Boulder and our third time at Pizzeria Alberico — it’s a must-visit for us.

Arancini are amazing, as always. Love the Salsiccia pizza. Gemma Gialla cocktail quite good. Service very polite, friendly, and prompt. Two arancini, two pizza, and two drinks came to just about $100.

Andrea and Mick were so amazing to work with. They made us feel right at home and were experts with the menu. The pizza and salads were top notch

I ordered the gluten-free margarita pizza, and added mushrooms. The pizza was wet and mushy from way too many mushrooms. They put oyster mushrooms instead of brown mushrooms like I had last time, I love this place and this pizza but for the price it was a big disappointment

Always amazing. It’s our favorite restaurant in Boulder. I go every time I visit. And the GM is absolutely incredible, sweet & talented!
