Our sourdough pizzas uphold the tradition of Neapolitan Pizza.
Our bases are naturally leavened using Caputo flour, imported from Italy, and allowed to prove for 24-48 hours.
We use D.O.P. San Marzano tomato for all red pizza bases. Our Fior Di Latte (fresh cows milk mozzarella), Buffalo mozzarella, Ricotta and Burrata cheeses are sourced from premium local manufacturers. Our selection of Salumi (cured meats) are from local producers unless otherwise specified.
We hand-make our own pork sausages, preserved tomatoes and pickled vegetables.

    Our waiters were fantastic and contributed to a great night, whilst the food (Ragu )was delicious. Highly recommend

    Pizza Riccardo always has reliably good food, but this time the food quality was a little less. Very watery tomato sauce on the pizza and the antipasto platter was much lighter on cheese and meat than usual, hardly enough for sharing and too heavy on the vegetables. Still priced the same though. The foccacia bread was disappointing. Not our best food experience dining here.

    Amazing restaurant, we absolutely love it and every meal is perfection with delicious cocktails and great service. The ambiance is so lovely out the back, and the location on the lake is stunning. Our favourite spot 🙌🏼

    We enjoy the pizzas that they make but this time tried their pasta dishes and we weren’t disappointed. Definitely a local gem.

    The food at Pizza Riccardo is always excellent. Usually the service is too, but this time it wasn’t quite as good as it usually is. The food took a very long time to arrive, and food preferences were not communicated adequately to the kitchen staff so the meal for one of our party was not what had been ordered. It is also quite expensive, which is fine when all other aspects are in place. Hopefully this was just an off night.
