The hostess was the most rude, because not only did I make a reservation online, I even got a confirmation email, another email to confirm my confirmation and now this email which indicates yes I did make a reservation. She said she’s not seeing any reservation and she was very rude about it, my group had to wait long for seating and she was like “next time doh use that online thing”. I think she need to be retrained. I even showed her the emails I got and she dismissed them saying she knows nothing about that. I will definitely not be visiting that branch again!
