    I had the callejero ceviche as a main course. I ordered the beef and chicken empanada. The beef one was super salty. The ceviche was awful. It came in a high goblet soaking in pink liquid. There was supposed to be octopus, shrimp, squid, and other fish in it. It was all minced into fine pieces. There was a ton of minced red onion. I never had ceviche this bad. It was presented like soup. I should have sent it back. The waiter said he told the kitchen I was displeased and they did nothing. I will never dine here again.

    Celebrated a friend’s birthday. We had a great time and enjoyed the dining experience. Ian was our server and he delivered excellent service to us.

    Mediocre food and service. Maybe because it was a very busy Saturday…not sure.

    Our server was very accommodating to our needs, especially because we had a seafood allergy in our party. Thank you very much for giving us a great brunch experience.

    Food was excellent, however service was appalling. Sat at bar, bartenders were slow or not even behind the bar. It got so bad that it affected our experience, instead of ordering more food and drinks we decided to pay and go elsewhere.

    Our server was very friendly and helpful with our menu selections. Food was amazing and ambiance is perfect. We can't wait to come back and try more of their unbelievably tasty food.

    The portions on the anticuchos appetizer are very small for the price point, and the drinks are too expensive to comfortably enjoy more than one with a full meal (drink, appetizer, entree, dessert). Quality is a 10, but a bit pricey for the amount you get.

    Overall, it was pleasant . Amhiance, menu items, and happy hour were all very good. I normally don’t comment on food but two of our dishes were so overwhelmingly packed with red onions, that was all we could taste. It’s like the chef doesn’t know how to use them properly…or sparingly. The 2nd item that lowered the score was the terrible service. He disappeared so badly that I had to leave the table to ask a manager if he could go find him. And then the annoying thing is the table payment. They preload the “”20% tip” block so it becomes obvious when it’s “deselected” We enjoyed our evening but we will not return.

    This is our 5th or 6th visit to Pisco. Each time there has been enough to make us want to give them another chance (usually based on how good the food is), but this will probably be our last visit. We dismissed issues with service as being a result of the location being new, but it is not new any more, and the service is just consistently bad. Everything from rude/dismissive staff, to drinks taking too long to arrive, to mix ups with orders etc. And to top it off this time, we had a celiac sufferer with us and not only were the staff very poorly informed about the gluten free options, but only after we pushed did they admit that there really are no truly GF options! Scary given that this is an allergy not just an intolerance. Sorry Pisco, but we gave you a fair shot..... too many other options to eat and drink in RTC these days.
