First time having brunch at a Pisco location and was delicious! MUST try! Yoni was our server and he made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The tostones are always one of my top faves! And brunch for $31 for 3 plates (regular portion too!) and $22 unlimited beverage is unheard of in Miami.

This was my 2nd time reluctantly as first time was horrible however glad I gave it another chance as everything was excellent; service, food, ambiance and we enjoyed an afternoon without being rushed, nice. Hopefully they have worked out the growing pains of a new restaurant and will continue to improve, I’ll return, Enjoy!

I have visited the DORAL location before and found it satisfactory. Excited to experience the Coral Gables location. The restaurant is very pretty and has nice ambience. The ceviche appetizers were good but small. Not big enough to share. We ordered drinks from the bar and the appetizers arrived and the drinks made it 15 minutes later. Our group of six enjoyed various entrées. The fish entrées were not from fresh fish, but from previously frozen físh. The “lomo” cut of meat was tough. we were a party of six and got hit with a service charge for a “large group”… Disappointed.

The waiter was nice but everytime we asked him about a certain dish he would just say “ah excellent I will put in the order” he would never give us feed back on the actual dish. The food was just ok. I wouldn’t go back but glad I tried it.

Our server Alexandra was great. The tenderloin beef in the Lomo Saltado was overcooked & not tender. The Chicano fish soup was too lemony & had too much ginger taste. Also, why don't Peruvian restaurants in South Florida use local fish like snapper, grouper, Pompano, flounder that are sourced fresh instead of fresh water Basa, Sway, or Tilapia(yuck) for their ceviche preparations. Corvina is very good but they always charge you an extra fee.
