In February 2020, Pisac Peruvian Bistro opened its doors, striving to explode its colourful and authentic flavours to central Toronto. Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.

At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. The blend of spices and bold piquancy may be new to some that are trying for the first time or may be reminiscent to those who have been to Peru before.

Our goal is to provide a true Peruvian experience intertwined with the passion and excitement of getting to share a slice of our culture with Canadians.

Amazing food, would recommend food to anyone who hasn’t tried Peruvian food. Place is quaint offers indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor benches are too tall and uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a meal. Some of the newer seats are narrow and metal. Both type of seats are indoors and outdoors. We opted for indoor seating initially seated in the front. Unfortunately there was a loud pipe causing a loud ringing sound in the front which made the meal uncomfortable and it was quite warm. Our lovely server happily moved us to the back where it was a lot more comfortable and where it was significantly cooler. There we were able to enjoy our meal and company. I would still go back to Pisac because the food is amazing. And service is with a smile.

The food was quite good and flavourful. The ambience on the patio was also really nice. Very ample portions, Not a lot of vegetable options. Great cocktails. Welcome to the neighbourhood.

Amazing food. Ceviche Clasico, Jalea and lomo saltado. Super delicious all three. The dessert Lucuma Cheesecake. I will prefer without the chocolate but very good. Renato was an amazing server and Italo, the owner, super nice! I will go back soon to try the rest of the menu. Oh the chicha morada so yummy and natural.

Hidden gem! Having been on a recent trip to South America we were hoping to find great ceviche at this restaurant but found so much more. We ordered octopus, tiradito, ceviche, Peruvian rice and arroz con pato (duck & rice). Everything was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was excellent. I have Celiac disease and they were very aware and had no issues accommodating. We will definitely return.

It is a very small but cozy place. It is also centrally located, which you can access by car or TTC. The food is expensive, but the portions are a decent size. The food is delicious 😋 The servers are very friendly.
