In February 2020, Pisac Peruvian Bistro opened its doors, striving to explode its colourful and authentic flavours to central Toronto. Its cozy and rustic atmosphere is the perfect place to savour a taste of Peru with a ceviche and pisco sour to escape.

At Pisac Bistro, we showcase authentic Peruvian cuisine using Peruvian as well as local ingredients. Located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Summerhill, we are a small restaurant dedicated to introducing the gastronomical experience of Peru. The blend of spices and bold piquancy may be new to some that are trying for the first time or may be reminiscent to those who have been to Peru before.

Our goal is to provide a true Peruvian experience intertwined with the passion and excitement of getting to share a slice of our culture with Canadians.

Delicious intimate meal. We were seated as four guests and ordered 6 dishes to share. Every plate was beautifully presented and delicious.

Best Peruvian restaurant in Toronto! Family run. Ceviche is excellent…very fresh and good portions. Everything we have tried is high quality and very good.

Interesting and well-flavored fresh cuisine. The waiter really cared about our guest's allergies, and made two trips to the kitchen on a busy night to be sure her dishes contained no allergens. Generous portions, too.

I used to pass by the restaurant and noticed it was busy almost all the time, at last got to try it and without fail the place is one of the great spots if you are looking for authentic Peruvian cuisine, a must try

Went for dinner with my wife and we now have a new favorite restaurant in Toronto. Service was great and the food was too. We started with grilled octopus and was the best we have had, anywhere. It was cooked perfectly and it had just the right amount of char on the outside to give it that charred and smoky taste that we like. Next we had the ceviche with calamari and it was the highlight of the meal. So good in so many ways; appearance, texture, flavor - everything you could ask for. Our final plate was the lamb shanks and they were nicely cooked and had good flavor, but the sauce was just too rich/ sweet for our taste. It was like a more complex bbq sauce but we didn’t feel it was such a good compliment for the lamb. The wine election was limited but the option we chose (Malbec) was quite good. The draft beer was also pretty good. Service was friendly and prompt and the atmosphere was simple and comfortable.

We had a wonderful time with our friends. It was our first time to Pisac and the entire experience was fabulous. The food was amazing! Cevice was very juicy, a lot of fish and nicely plated. Lam shank was so tender! Definitely coming back.
