Started out great we ordered 2 beverages when food came and waited 45 minutes and they never came even though we asked about them 2x’s - we were on a time limit so had to leave - next time would order double drinks right off the bat

Aour waitress provided great service, but the kitchen was very slow. Food took a long time to come out.

Good was great. But like most restaurants prices have really gone up. Not sure it’s good for business.

Went here at 7pm on a Tuesday night. Our primary reason for coming here for dinner was because a family member had given us a gift card as a bday gift. There were only us and 3 other tables seated in the entire restaurant, so the restaurant was very empty. Our waitress was Gabby. I ordered a margarita as a drink, but Gabby brought me some kind of an iced tea with syrup in it. When I brought the mistake to her attention, she corrected it immediately and pleasantly, but the mistake was still made. Then I ordered a cup of soup as an appetizer, and specifically asked for the cup of soup to come out before the rest of the meal, as I was starving. She did not bring the cup of soup until the rest of the meal was brought out, which brings me to the next part of my bad experience. It took over 40 minutes from the time we ordered until the time our food was brought to the table. Again, I would like to reiterate the fact that we were 1 of 4 tables when we arrived, and by this point, 2 of the 4 tables had left, meaning it was solely us and 1 other table in the entire restaurant, yet it still took 40 minutes for our food to come out, and my appetizer soup was not served as an appetizer. Gabby never came back to check on us again until she brought us the check. Finally, after over an hour and a half of us being in the restaurant and being very agitated, Gabby finally brings us the check, and I hand her our gift card to apply, only for her to tell us the gift card reader is down, and we cannot use our gift card! Ha! As I had mentioned, us having a gift card was the sole purpose of us going to Pinstripes in the first place. The experience was extremely unpleasant. The food was decent, but definitely not good enough to outweigh the extremely negative experience.

Nice quiet late lunch early dinner with old friends: not rushed, good food: we dine here often and are always satisfied

I was very surprised the prices were much higher. I havent been there since they no longer served bread. It was the best. I’ve been a big fan of pinstripes and have had parties there but will be looking elsewhere. $35 for soup and salad is beyond what I’ll pay.

We waited 25 mins at our table after being greeted and only received water despite ordering other drinks. The place was packed outside of the restaurant(bocce, bowling, bar) and clearly understaffed putting pressure on the dining room staff. We only saw one Waitress around, who was supposed to be serving us too. The manager was running checks out and looked distracted. A host near the bowling check in was eating soup as we walked out. This time, we chose to leave due to the slow service and we were celebrating a birthday - so we didn't want to ignore the red flags at the beginning of our meal (hinting at the pace of service for the evening.... Hopefully next time we come in, there will be a more organized dining staff. 🙏🏻

Snack food was very tasty. But the front desk when I checked in did not have my open table reservation. So that was discerning.
