Had a great experience at Pinstripes. I ordered the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly at medium. It came with a light sauce that was just enough to add some additional flavor. The drinks our table had were done well. The calamari was excellent and paired well with their marinara and their cucumber dill aioli/dip. Candace was our server and she was exceptional, even with it being a busy night and them being short staffed. She was super friendly and gave great recommendations and feedback on menu items. I've been to Pinstripes before and have always had a great time!

Our service was AWFUL!! We sat in the sun without any food for over an hour, and then all of our food came at once- bread, salad, pasta. It was served family style, and after waiting over an hour, we still had to wait longer to eat because the server forgot the PLATES! So we waited another five minutes! It was a bad experience, not our typical at this restaurant, and our family did not enjoy our dinner at all.

Made reservations for a large party (16 people) for dinner to celebrate my son’s birthday. We had only one server taking care of our table, so needless to say, it took a long time for our server to come over and even get our drink orders, took an even longer time to actually get our drinks and place our food orders. Our server was less than enthused to take care of us and it showed. Food came out in a relatively reasonable amount of time, however, one person from my party did not get their food until almost everyone else was done eating. I don’t usually complain but felt the need to say something to a manager. The manager was very nice and discounted our meals but I don’t think I’ll go back with a large party. Fine for smaller groups.

I went to Pinstripes for the Sunday Brunch for a gf Birthday celebration. It was 5 of us. The food was delicious and the service was great. Everyone in my party had the same opinion. It was an enjoyable experience.

Food and service were excellent. There were a few large parties of very loud guests so we had difficulty hearing each other. 2 of our party are vegetarians and they were disappointed that the vegetarian starter options had been removed from the menu, even though a few entrées had been added. The table was extremely sticky and uncomfortable to lean on, and the server stated that all of the tables were like that because they needed to be refinished. We hope that that happens sooner rather than later because it was a little gross.

Great food, great service! Jamar is always friendly and attentive. Manager, Seth was engaging and visible throughout the restaurant during our entire experience.
