I had dinner here with my two kids, as well as my friends and their two kids. The servers were lovely, but ignored us for long stretches of time, which meant we ended up staying way longer than intended. Our kids started getting bored and antsy, which stressed us out. If they had paid closer attention to us then it would have been a perfect experience.

I have been to Pinstripes in North Bethesda with my group of 6 to 8 on many occasions. The food is fine as is the ambience. But today the service was horrible. We ate outside and the server seemed to forget about us. We had to track him down to pay our bills, and then he made major mistakes on four of the six bills. What a mess! We will not be back.

Don't let the decor deceive you. The food and service a this restaurant is very good. I recommend it however if you do not like noise or crowds I suggest you go early in the evening around 6pm. It's definitely worth it.

Nothing seemed to go well tonight although to the manager's credit, he tried to make it right. The calamari was so tough it was inedible and we sent that back. The mgr immediately came over and offered the table salads and dessert on the house. Then our sandwiches came and all of our french fries were cold. Again, he came over and got us hot french fries. My Brussels sprouts were so much soaked in sauce that it distracted from the taste of the vegetable. This was not a good eating experience and the last thing I like to do is complain about a meal.

Nice atmosphere in the dining area. Comfortable clean seating. Food and beverage was a solid 7.8 out of 10. For having the Worlds Most Delectable Chicken Wings you would only assume they had blue cheese dressing to pair with them. Not the case. It was ranch dressing only with blue cheese crumbles mixed in. Aside from that, all the other food was good. Would like to come back for a corporate activity to take advantage of the amazing upstairs venue that included bowling and plenty of outdoor seating.

The waitstaff needs training. Ours seemed overwhelmed. We couldn’t get her attention most of the time. The food was ok, no wow factor. They need more hot items. There’s more desserts and bread than food. But I guess you get what you pay for. The omelette station was ok, good ingredients. But very sparse in the omelette. I had to keep asking for an extra spoonful. Even then it was an issue. I even had to teach the guy how to make my omelette. Even after I’d explained it several times, he was still challenging me. Language barrier maybe? Either way, we won’t be back.
