Our lounge offers traditional Pisco Sour alongside many other refreshing cocktails all while sitting in the glow of our pink salt wall. A great new addition to the Seattle restaurant scene. Great bar with unique, house made cocktails, extensive wine list and beer. Private dining and catering options are available upon request. Romantic dinners or small or larger group dining experiences welcome.

great tasting food and wonderful service. The only negatyive was that at 12:30pm, the restaurant was a little cool. Wear a warm sweater or top.

Prices are definitely above where you’d expect them to be. Main dishes were mostly good, however the calamari was really tough, chewy and was highly breaded and that disappointed me. I tried flan and ice cream both were fairly good.

The food was so flavorful and beautiful. The server provided EXCELLENT customer service. Would go again in a heart beat.

It was the best. I just came back from peru and pisco sours made me feel like I was back there. Food was amazing, fish off the hook. Will be going back.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at Pink Salt. The Peruvian inspired cuisine offered a fun and tasty food experience with high-quality, unique dishes (yuca balls, ceviche, homemade pasta, etc.). The drinks and desert were quite tasty as well. We would highly recommend it.
