Our lounge offers traditional Pisco Sour alongside many other refreshing cocktails all while sitting in the glow of our pink salt wall. A great new addition to the Seattle restaurant scene. Great bar with unique, house made cocktails, extensive wine list and beer. Private dining and catering options are available upon request. It was the best. I just came back from peru and pisco sours made me feel like I was back there. Food was amazing, fish off the hook. Will be going back.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at Pink Salt. The Peruvian inspired cuisine offered a fun and tasty food experience with high-quality, unique dishes (yuca balls, ceviche, homemade pasta, etc.). The drinks and desert were quite tasty as well. We would highly recommend it.

Wow! Just wow! My husband and I had an exceptional experience at Pink Salt. We adore Peruvian cuisine, so when our Peruvian friends told us we needed to try Pink Salt, we decided to book it for our anniversary dinner. From the perfect pisco sours (with an adorable little surprise on top, which I will not give away because you will just need to experience for yourself) to the lovely ambiance and the ceviche (mmm!!!) and all of the delicious flavors of all the food we tasted, as well as warm and inviting service, it quickly became clear to us that we would be returning again and again. Pink Salt is undoubtedly a new favorite!

On the patio, with the sun setting and the best coconut prawns in town. Love this place!

We loved the food and the service. We came during the Peruvian Independence Day and although they were busy and food came a bit late, the food, service and ambiance made up for it. Also the ceviche was excellent and the lomo saltado we had as well. Really recommend this place!
