So nice to have a really good Lebanese restaurant nearby. The staff was very provisional and, actually, enjoyable. We got an assortment of starters and mezza. Every dish was attractive and delicious.

Great food and service. Music wasn’t too loud and could hold a conversation. Empty for a Friday night but this little gem is hidden away. Would definitely recommend giving it a try. A little pricey for being off the strip but what isn’t nowadays. Good place for dinner and drinks.

One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas! And their Bistro Salad may be my favorite salad ever - SO delicious and fresh. Love the hummus and pita bread and the orange blossom ice cream for dessert is to die for! Service is always impeccable too. Definitely worth trying out. A hidden gem in Southern Highlands for sure!

Waiter kept talking to another table and never came over, the manager had to come and help us all night. Ordered hummus and my wife couldn't eat the pita due to allergies (which was fine), they brought cucumbers for her to eat with hummus but the cucumbers were clearly sitting our forever and were softened and floppy. The cubed potatoes on the appetizer were mostly cooked, but about half were still a little crunchy. The tabouleh was drenched in olive oil making it soggy and wilted. The beef shawarma was oddly thick and not shaved like traditional shawarma, also it was completely doused in tahini. The one good thing was the kafta kabob was very good. Everything else was subpar. We have been here before and the food was good, the inconsistency from one time to another is baffling.

I'm so excited that I was finally able to try Pine Bistro!! It did not disappoint! The calamari was the best I've ever had! The jumbo prawns were amazing and you have to try the baklava dessert! The staff is great and the bartender is amazing. Definitely a must try for anyone who loves Mediterranean food. They also have a beautiful outdoor patio that's perfect for the Vegas weather.
