We recently dined at Pigeonhole and had a great experience. The food was outstanding—each dish was well-executed and full of flavor. The cocktails were also a highlight, well-crafted and enjoyable. We were able to take advantage of their New Year’s Happy Hour, which was a nice bonus. They even offered Prosecco for a New Year’s toast, which was a thoughtful touch and the perfect way to end the meal. The service was excellent throughout, making the entire experience relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, Pigeonhole delivered a fantastic dining experience, and I’d definitely recommend it.

I am thrilled to see another Pigeonhole option in Calgary. The food is always elevated, but also provides so much comfort and the service staff stands out. They have this ability you make it feel like you are at a friends place for a dinner party. Mitchell was extremely welcoming when we first sat down. The design and decor is stunning and we can’t wait to visit more often! The NYE dinner with the team here was fantastic.

One washroom for such a large restaurant not appropriate.

There is a secondary set of washrooms across the hall in Stephen Avenue Place, we are very sorry if someone from our team did not inform you of that. We really enjoyed our time at Pigeonhole Downtown. The staff were all so helpful and seemed happy to be there tbh. The food was all done nicely, while it’s not reinventing the eating experience, everything was very tasty. We were there for happy hour, which was an absolute deal! Will be back for sure and to try the mains.

We came for a team lunch and didn’t love it. Told them I had a gluten allergy so asked for the burger lettuce wrapped since there aren’t many options otherwise, they brought me a burger on a bun and had to send it back. Waited for a bit and my new burger came out, tasted fine. The fries were extremely salty, we had two orders at the table and could barely eat them. The beet salad portion is very tiny and they couldn’t add a protein to it They did comp my meal which was appreciated, but not sure I’d return here as there are better lunch options nearby.

We had been to the PH on 17th but needed something nearer the theatres downtown. This PH is a real find, the food and service were really good, it was a little noisy, but in a good way. Try it, you will love it.

Bartender was an excellent host. Shared multiple dishes and all were incredibly tasty. Wine was delicious. Great little spot in the heart of downtown!
