As you step into the charming brick building, you're greeted by the words "OPEN SESAME," welcoming you into the Home of the Original Sesame Seed Crust Pizza, pioneered by Pietro himself in 1976. Indulge in a dining experience within one of three uniquely distinct atmospheres. Choose from our retro-style front dining room, the exposed brick of the main dining area featuring beautiful artwork, or the serene whimsical outdoor patio adorned with red and white hanging umbrellas, lush palm trees, and vibrant red planters filled with gorgeous plants, and outdoor personal igloos, creating a private party space offering an enchanting experience.

Such a cute place! Staff so very nice. Igloo was fun, kids loved it! Food was great, it was a really nice family Sunday dinner.

Everything was amazing. Our server wasn’t the friendliest and every time we wanted to ask for something we were afraid because we look like we annoyed her.

I was very pleased and happy with our service and how attentive our server was! She was the best and this was such a fun experience! The food was amazing and the environment was amazing. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for going above and beyond! And for truly being so kind to my child she had an amazing 5th birthday celebration at Pietros. We will definitely be back!

My sisters and I had a night on the town at Pietro's, and the food and ambiance were very nice. We had a really great time. The waiters and waitresses were great, and our food came out in a timely manner. I will definitely go back.

We celebrated my partner’s birthday, and it was a great experience! The igloos were a fantastic surprise. The igloos have heaters, which make them very comfortable even in late October. The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We are excited to come back with family and friends.

We were very disappointed after attending our reservation on 10-28-2024. We were celebrating my sons 16th birthday and were looking forward to this dinner. The staff was extremely rude I was in shock! I work in the industry and my family owns a restaurant and I was truly upset at the standard of hospitality. From the minute we got there we were greeted by a host whom seemed bothered to assist us and we had a reservation. Our reservation was an early start time it was a 4pm and we had arrived at 3:30pm the hostess immediately came off as annoyed and did not once smile or greet us politely she then proceeded to seat us and just threw the menus down in the middle of the table. We then had a server that was in such a rush from the moment we got there mind you there was only 2 other tables there one of 2 and one of 3. We kept having to ask for things because she would pop her head in and run out while we were still speaking. I understand having a large table can be hard to handle but we just expected the courtesy of at least friendliness. I also had called way ahead 2 weeks prior to make sure bringing a cake was allowed and our server wanted to bring us a knife for us to cut it ourselves like never in my life have I cut my own cake at the table when I have dined out. The food was great but we wont be returning we just felt that for what your promoting there should be a level of service to it.

As someone who takes immense pride in providing exceptional service – it’s what Pietro’s is known for – I am genuinely sorry that we let you down. Your feedback is invaluable, especially coming from someone in the same industry! We clearly dropped the ball, from start to finish. Additionally, we always do the cake cutting in our kitchen for our guests so I am blown away to hear this! Please know this will be addressed with everyone involved. If you’d be open to giving us another chance, I’d love the opportunity to personally ensure that your next experience at Pietro’s reflects the high standards we hold ourselves to.Please accept my sincerest apologies for not making this occasion as special as it should have been. -Lauren
