Waitstaff were awesome while I waited for my late guest. They kept checking in and made sure that we were served our lunch quickly since it was a lunch meeting.

I haven't been here in a while, but it's still great. We were able to eat outside on a warm, casual Sunday night. The PEI mussels in white wine were outstanding. Our party also had the Caesar salad with chicken (huge and really good) and the salmon with veggies (also tasty). Will definitely go back.

Service was top notch. Food was even better. If you want a real Italian meal, this is the place to go. Almost everything is homemade. The risotto balls were actual risotto, not a cheesy-rice mush that most places have. And the short rib pizza is to die for. BYOB Mondays are a great way to ease back into the work week (especially in summer on the patio). And Grace, our server, was attentive and helpful. Juan, the head chef, is a genius in the kitchen and all three managers know EXACTLY how to run an Italian restaurant. Bryan came to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. 11/10

We had wonderful Sunday family dinner there and we loved just everything: the warm freshly baked bread, the incredible pizza and the gorgeous pasta dishes. The service was fast and very welcoming. You have to try it!

Our server needs a lot of training. There were several moments where he clearly had not been taught appropriate ways of taking care of customers. He does not know how to open a bottle of wine and nearly broke the cork in our very pricey bottle. I offered to open it, and he told me it was a bad cork. I carefully opened it, and everything was fine. (the cork wasn't bad, he just didn't know how to do it.) Then he placed our cocktail straws from his bare hands (no napkin, plate etc...) directly on the table, placed our full water glasses 1 inch from the edge of the table on top of our menus. He had no idea if there were specials and had to check with someone. In general, he needs to be invested in by the managers. The food was excellent, and we love Pietro's - it was just obvious that he got thrown into serving without being prepared to give quality service.
