   Pier Top at Pier Sixty-Six offers breathtaking panoramic views, especially at sunset. The bar scene is vibrant yet laid-back, perfect for cocktails with friends. Bar snacks are delicious and well thought-out, ideal for sharing. Great atmosphere, attentive service, and a stylish crowd round out the experience. A must-visit spot in Fort Lauderdale for drinks with a view.

   The place is nice great view and great customer service. The menu is very small and only has snacks, we ordered water it was boiled water tasted horrible. The drinks are overpriced.

   As a local, I would not recommend Pier Top at Pier 66. It’s obviously meant for tourists and the tourists dress like tourists). I was excited to go, since my husband and I both grew up in South Florida, and we loved the original Pier 66. We decided to try it on our anniversary. Someone greets you upon arrival and then someone else walks you to the elevators to take you up to the top floor. We were seated at a two top on the inner part of the bar (this part of the bar does not rotate, and one person’s back will be to the Windows)-I did not know this when I made our reservation, otherwise I would have requested an outer section table so we could rotate) Rotating is the entire reason we went! We had a very early reservation (6:15) because I thought we would have dinner someplace else after our cocktails. I asked the hostess several times if she could move us to an outside table, but she insisted that those tables were reserved for larger parties. She was not friendly and almost condescending. The entire time we were there, those outside tables remained empty. This is poor service and the reason I say Locals are not the target consumers for this place. Our servers were great though (especially Chad). I really understood that bigger parties would be seated at the outside rotating tables, but when other couples were seated and other tables continued to be empty- we felt very let down by the experience. Additionally, we ordered the caviar service (it was ok) , but the Blinis were awful. Chad suggested potato chips instead and we were very happy with that. When we left, I told the girl at the front how disappointed we were that she never tried to move us and that she could have done better (blank expression from her). There are so many amazing hot spots in South Florida… there is no reason to support a place that does not consider South Floridians as important consumers. We went for the view and experience, both fell short.

   Pier Top is an excellent place to visit while in Ft. Lauderdale. The space is beautiful and just the fact the it turns 360 while you are there is very exciting and unusual. There is even an outside look out to sit and enjoy. The service was excellent and everyone made you feel very special there. We had Old Fashions and La Palomas and they were excellent. The one downside is the tiny food/snack menu. Keep in mind that The Pier Top is a cocktail bar/lounge and offers a few small apps. If you are looking for actual dinner or lunch you will have to make a reservation at one of the restaurants downstairs. We ended up at Calusso downstairs. all the tables were booked inside but there was no wait to sit and eat in the lounge area. We were very pleasantly surprised and everything was delicious. In all the venue is a bit pricey but well worth a visit for a special occasion or date night.

   The furniture was absurd and uncomfortable. The view was great! Food and service was good too.

    Excellent vibe the view was amazing. The bar does rotate you can’t feel it at all which is great as you move around you see different views. Service was superb we had Alex as our server, the drinks were great. Definitely go either before dinner for drinks or after dinner for after drinks the menu was all snacks food was good just not a meal.We know for next time, but we will definitely be go back.
