Pied à Terre is one of London’s longest standing Michelin restaurants, celebrating its 30th year in 2021. Offering optional Tasting Menus including vegetarian and vegan, lunch menu and full wine list.

With its tasteful cracked-glass feature, and cosily formal decor, this is a perfect setting for têtes-à-têtes, business-related or otherwise. Pied à Terre radiates both style and approachability.

The exceptional gourmet food is meticulously prepared with heart and passion by Head Chef Asimakis Chaniotis using ingredients sourced directly from small, independent suppliers who live and breathe quality.

Apart from the bargain set lunch (reportedly one of the best value Michelin star lunches in London), prices are reassuringly top-end, but there’s ample value in a book-sized wine list, with “incredibly helpful” sommeliers.

We enjoyed a lovely vegan lunch here - the flavours were unique and showed great creativity from the chef, the staff were really friendly, and the atmosphere beautiful yet still cosy. It’s expensive but absolutely worth it for a lovely meal out or a special occasion!

Great new chef. Some very innovative dishes. One of the diners was lactose intolerant and he made nice alterations with no fuss. We had a great white South African wine recommended by a very knowledgeable sommelier. The service was exceptional: friendly, helpful, warm. This very established restaurant is keeping up with its high standards.

Just the most fabulous dining experience. We went for the 4 course complet, so food, wine, coffee, canapés, etc, all in. It was amazing. They made us feel totally at our ease, the food and wine pairings were fantastic, the chef is a genius, the head sommelier elevated the experience to something truly sublime. It’s not cheap but for this kind of special experience it is worth it. A definite 12/10. We’ll save our pennies and go back.

Dining out at Michelin star level is something we enjoy and like to take out time to do so, thus we felt a bit rushed by the prompt service. We had the 8 course menu with wine flight and all the wines were well explained to us. This way we understood what flavors were chosen to highlight - very interesting experience. On the down side, especially the lamb main course, was a bit to cold to our taste.

Pied à Terre is a must-visit in London. Go there because the food is delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. The staff even had a kind gesture for our 21st wedding anniversary.

A bit disappointing.. very promising menu, but fails to live up to the expectations. Caviar mentioned on the menu, but no more than 20eggs in a dish, so absolutely no added value. Langoustine dish with actually only 1 langoustine the size of a shrimp. On the other hand, very interesting wine list and good sommelier.. Over all a decent experience, but if I were a Michelin inspector, I'd know what to do..
