Conner took very good care of us on New Year’s Eve. Food tasted great and spirits were excellent.

We had a reservation and were promptly seated upon arrival. After that, our experience went downhill. A party was seated beside us shortly after we were seated. They were greeted by their waiter and received their drinks before anyone had approached our table. After about 15 minutes, the table also received their food, still no one had waited on our table. I approached the host stand asking if we were assigned a waiter. A waiter came by to apologize for the lack of service and to bring waters, then said someone else would be waiting on us shortly. No one came after another 5 minutes. At that point, we decided to dine elsewhere and left.

Josh the waiter was very very friendly and very helpful, the food was wonderful and the pizzas were exceptional.

We love Pie Tap we go often, food is good and service is usually outstanding. Today it was slightly off on timing of service of food, my grandson’s Pizza came out a full 10 minutes after we all had our meal. But stuff happens and we enjoyed our meals . They are always so welcoming and great with the children. Love their food!! My husband loved his chicken Parmesan, my grandson’s loved their meals pizza and chicken fingers so freshly made and delicious! My Vodka Pasta with Chicken meatballs was tasty a little more spicy than I expected but still delicious !

We usually love pie tap but last night the food quality was definitely off. And a few items we ordered were out.
