    Chicken was overcooked and dry. Service was terrible. Had to walk around looking for the waiter. He was negative about everything. Said selection was poor on menu and didn’t have the first 2 things we ordered. Had to ask for more drinks. It was happy hour but only 3 other tables so not busy.

    The three of us friends get together a few times in the year and we always meet for dinner. We chose Pickle Barrel since I know it has a large and diverse menu, and the food is consistently good . We also typically spend at least 3 hours, which did not seem to present any issue for our server, Marcello. He was extremely good - attentive but not hovering, forward thinking, considerate and accommodating, as well as charming and personable. My one friend had the nachos, and myself and my other friend had the beet and goat cheese salad. I had the shrimp extra, and she had the chicken. The food arrived within a short time, and it was well prepared, extremely fresh and delicious. My two friends asked for take-away boxes, which were presented quickly and with a big paper bag as well. We very much enjoyed our evening, mostly thanks to Marcello! Cheers, M. Fautley

    The restaurant was empty yet we felt rushed. My husband was still eating his salad and his main course arrived. The grilled chicken on my salad was overcooked. The server brought me fresh chicken clearly just cooked and covered in oil. Way too much onion in my Greek salad. Overall not the best meal we’ve had.

    Nachos were very good. Our waitress whose name I do nor remember, but who said she had been there for 5 years and served us on the patio was very attentive to our needs and provided excellent service.

    I had lunch with a girl friend I use to work with for many years & had not seen for many years since we both retired, so we got to catch up on all our news. We sat & talked for three hours & no one asked us to leave. Thank you for your patience & we enjoyed our lunch very much. Our waitress was very sweet. Thank you & looking forward to eating there again:)

    I had three large flies in the bottom of my wine glass when I finished drinking it!!!! My veggies were stone cold on my my surf and turf plate… the steak my not chewable. No offer of refills on the soda.

    Received cold food, had to send it back. The kids received their food first which is great but then husband and I waited almost 30 minutes for ours. By then kids were done and waiting on us. Poor service. Such nasty bathrooms. Manger didn’t want to even acknowledge anyone’s concerns around us that ask to speak to her.

    Somehow our name was not on the reservation list. After a bit of wait, they could find a seat for us, but one of the light bulb above was out and it was too dark. So we had to ask to change our seat. It was a birthday dinner for father so it was disappointing what had happened.
