We waited 1 hour for 2 starters and then a further 1 hour for our mains so 2 hours from when we had arriived for main courses. One of the pizzas had barely an cheese on and the 3 steaks were very burnt on top so left a bad after taste. We were going to send back but had waited so long to eat we didn't bother. Unfortunately we would not return which is a shame as we have enjoyed meals there previously. We were celebrating a 30th anniversary so waa a shame.

Had my wife and I had my birthday meal at Riva Blu, fantastic food and staff, they treated us so well.

Made to feel very welcome. Some items missing off the menu, however this was because they were rebranding, & it didn’t affect us. Food was delicious. Will definitely return

We were not told the restaurant was closing that day for refurbishment and therefore several items were not available. As it was a special occasion and people had chosen in their own mind what to opt for and these items were not available it was disappointing. I felt that we should have been informed either when making the reservation or before our visit. The food items had been run down with some unavailable or a limited number. We were not offered recompense for their failure to provide a full menu particularly as some of my guests had dietary requirements.

We have eaten at Piccolo many times so we booked it for my graduation meal knowing it’s a safe bet. As always, service was outstanding. There was a party of 10 of us with a mix of allergies and requirements which the staff were very accommodating to. The food was delicious and they even gave us a free bottle of Prosecco. My gran has a shell fish allergy so they made sure to bring her a vegan Prosecco. Thank you so much Piccolo for making my day perfect. Special shoutout to George too for being so funny!

A lovely evening celebrating our granddaughters birthday. The staff were super the food was delicious and we all had a great time. The little birthday cake was a nice touch without making a shy teenager feel embarrassed. Thank you.

Lovely friendly staff,helpful and knowledgeable about what they were serving, and recommended drinks/wine., we never felt rushed and as was sons birthday they all sang to him which was really nice and made him feel special. beautiful interior and food was excellent also! Myself and my husband had meatballs , which were fabulous, son had carbonate which he said was lovely although bit salty for him. The cheesecake and tiramasu was amazing too!. Thank you to all staff there. We hope to see you again soon!
