Piccolo Buco Roma - set mere steps from Rome's famed Trevi Fountain - is where Cooper's Hawk Founder, Tim McEnery, first discovered Chef Luca Issa and his wonderful pizza. The ingredients were deceptively simple: creamy, indulgent mozzarella mingled with a bright and bold tomato sauce. But it was the extraordinary, tall crust - crisp on the outside yet cloud-like at the center - that won his heart. He couldn't wait to introduce America to a pizza this special!

My second time there and the food was even better. The stuffed squash blossoms were delish. Didn't live the candied walnut arugula grape salad. It would have been better with just fresh grapes. For dinner we got 3 dishes. Salmon: cooked perfectly and the potatoes and spinach were flavorful. Truffle pasta with pistachios was amazing. Not to heavy being a cream sauce. Spicy Calabrian sausage pizza had a good kick to it. The crust dipped in the pasta sauce was yummy.

Keyeena was our server. She was attentive and not overbearing. She answered our questions with knowledge which in turn helped us try something new for both entree and dessert. We were thrilled with our selections which we chose based on her description and suggestions. She is an asset to your organization.

Food was absolutely outstanding!!!! Server was great from start to finish. Hostess could use some work on friendliness but overall it was amazing!

Our server Pegi was outstanding. She made excellent suggestions and read our table very well as we were catching up with one another. Food came out quickly and tasted very good. As the dining room started to fill up it was very difficult to hear each other even from across the table.

Not the best service I’ve had as a wine club member at a Cooper’s Hawk restaurant. We waited over 30 minutes for our bottle of wine only for it to be brought out with our food. We also were hardly checked on and water was never refilled. Food was okay.
