Piccolo Buco Roma - set mere steps from Rome's famed Trevi Fountain - is where Cooper's Hawk Founder, Tim McEnery, first discovered Chef Luca Issa and his wonderful pizza. The ingredients were deceptively simple: creamy, indulgent mozzarella mingled with a bright and bold tomato sauce. But it was the extraordinary, tall crust - crisp on the outside yet cloud-like at the center - that won his heart. He couldn't wait to introduce America to a pizza this special!

Food was absolutely outstanding!!!! Server was great from start to finish. Hostess could use some work on friendliness but overall it was amazing!

Our server Pegi was outstanding. She made excellent suggestions and read our table very well as we were catching up with one another. Food came out quickly and tasted very good. As the dining room started to fill up it was very difficult to hear each other even from across the table.

Not the best service I’ve had as a wine club member at a Cooper’s Hawk restaurant. We waited over 30 minutes for our bottle of wine only for it to be brought out with our food. We also were hardly checked on and water was never refilled. Food was okay.

Been here multiple times and food is always pretty good, but the service here is lacking. It took 30 minutes for our waitress to ask if we wanted a drink. Dinner took almost 3 hours for just 3 of us…pretty insane. Also, it was so loud in there that I couldn’t even hear the waitress when she would come to the table. The acoustics in there are horrible.
