Piccolo Buco Roma - set mere steps from Rome's famed Trevi Fountain - is where Cooper's Hawk Founder, Tim McEnery, first discovered Chef Luca Issa and his wonderful pizza. The ingredients were deceptively simple: creamy, indulgent mozzarella mingled with a bright and bold tomato sauce. But it was the extraordinary, tall crust - crisp on the outside yet cloud-like at the center - that won his heart. He couldn't wait to introduce America to a pizza this special!

We had Carter as our server and he was absolutely amazing. Interacted and laughed with our table. Made sure us and all his other tables were having the best nights. Truly made our night. I know my whole family is looking forward to dining here again because of him. 1000% would recommend asking for Carter the next time you come!

The best part was the server, I wish I caught his name. But everyone was so attentive and kind! I had a blast. We had the meat and cheese platter, which was a very good portion. I almost filled up on that, then had a pizza and finished with tiramisu.

From the appetizers to the main course to desserts, everything was excellent and I would like to give a shout out to our waiter George very knowledgeable and very patient with us. Can’t wait to come back again.

Restaurant is very tight. Food was ok. There are better wood fired pizza places in the area that offer a more robust selection and value.

Love this place. This is my third time visiting it and I love it. I tried for the first time the Rigatoni Alla Vodka and it was incredible delicious.

Tried this place about a year ago. Service remains abysmally slow. My salmon, a very basic meal that is found in most restaurants,was overcooked. Our waiter was nice but the kitchen needs more staff. An hour to get your food is ok in Europe but not in a suburban restaurant.
