Piccolo Buco Roma - set mere steps from Rome's famed Trevi Fountain - is where Cooper's Hawk Founder, Tim McEnery, first discovered Chef Luca Issa and his wonderful pizza. The ingredients were deceptively simple: creamy, indulgent mozzarella mingled with a bright and bold tomato sauce. But it was the extraordinary, tall crust - crisp on the outside yet cloud-like at the center - that won his heart. He couldn't wait to introduce America to a pizza this special!

“Dining at Piccolo buco was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, the staff attentive, and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommended! Server Logan was terrific.

Just a head up. This location has a bar but no tasting room. You can taste wines at the bar or tables. You can also pick ip wine club wines there. Excellent food and wine. Very pleasant staff. Latge mall parking lot

Piccolo Buco is always a great treat! The food was delicious and hot. The wine was delicious and we enjoyed tasting the new wines of the month.

This was not our first time visiting and certainly won’t be our last. We started with a wine tasting at the bar which was an enjoyable way to sample different options. For our party, we opted for the squash blossom, arancini and fungi pizza to start. All outstanding. Each of us ordered our own entree but shared a little. The carbonara, the eggplant parm, chicken parm and the short rib bolognese. Delicious! Our waiter was attentive and prompt. Again, we will definitely be back.

Food was outstanding. Service was solid, especially considering we had an 18 month old. Post-meal bussing was lacking (we still had menus, stacks of plates, etc when we left), but it didn't hinder the experience enough to knock it (this time).

We went at a quiet time. We were greeted by Doreen, the hostess, who recognized us and welcomed us with a friendly smile! She definitely makes our visit pleasurable. We enjoyed 2 wonderful wine tastings. We decided to have the meat and cheese tray, the Caesar salad and the arincini meatballs. Everything was delicious. We had a little left to bring home. Jackie took fantastic care of us, there when we needed her but not hovering. We enjoy certain foods here and tend to get them each time.
