Piccolo Buco Roma - set mere steps from Rome's famed Trevi Fountain - is where Cooper's Hawk Founder, Tim McEnery, first discovered Chef Luca Issa and his wonderful pizza. The ingredients were deceptively simple: creamy, indulgent mozzarella mingled with a bright and bold tomato sauce. But it was the extraordinary, tall crust - crisp on the outside yet cloud-like at the center - that won his heart. He couldn't wait to introduce America to a pizza this special!

Food was very good as was the service. Menu seems limited. Would have liked more choices. Portions for the short ribs seemed a little small. All in all a great experience

Slower service,but the worst part of the experience was our reservation for 5 being seated at a 4 person.

Apparently, people dining were overstaying their time to dine, resulting in reservations being seated 15-20 mnts passed scheduled. This requires the front desk to advise all reservations there's a 2hr dining limit to avoid this unnecessary wait time!

Reservations set for 8:00. Seated at 8:25. Seems like there should be a better system for a restaurant that’s a part of a national chain. Food came out really fast. Took a bit of time to get check and to clear table.

The food is always incredible. Can’t wait for them to open one In Schaumburg. Noise level is pretty high but not much the restaurant can do about that. But the food makes up for it!!!

Squash blossoms were tasty but seemed a bit high in price for 4 blossoms. Pizzas were delicious. The whipped ricotta on the pizza was creamy and delicous.
