Been here many many times over the last few years and I can see the decline in the place, the ambience the the tables and chairs can do with updating. What me and my friend like is the food here and a few particular dishes, the desserts use to be so good with plenty more varied choices, they have changed the menu but nothing looks as nice now. It would be good if they could make some halal dishes and also make a note on menu with any dishes containing alcohol, wine or liqueur. The staff was really disappointing they can not help really with any dishes when I asked for vegetarians options, they look blank and only keep asking how the food is, when it arrived! It is good to help out with some suggestions vegetarians, alcohol etc;. this is not the way I remember it before the staff were helpful and friendly. Finally some people may like sitting on leather couches when they are having a meal I am not one of them, it is a struggle and I prefer a normal table we can reach to have my meal; they should at least ask before seating. I was not happy paying so much for service charge at this place it is not cheap at all for being chain really.

Went there Friday night at 19:00, table of four … car park overflowing, double if not triple parked in places. So noisy that we couldn’t have a conversation without having to repeat ourselves several times. Food was warm, some cold. Service very mediocre.
