Food excellent and staff attentive. Unfortunately, on the first evening of Royal Ascot the bar area and one table were very noisy. Also, the main course came fairly quickly and was enjoyed by all. The gap between main and dessert was very long and we had to ask what was keeping it. Our guests -family from USA and UK agreed that the food was excellent but noise level was excessive and wait between courses was odd.

1) My friend asked for Prosecco on ice, I Had wine, waitress asked if I want ice too, I said no, but she brought the glass with lots of ice. 2) the fish we ordered in salt crust wasn’t cooked properly and was unbearably salty.

food & wine were outstanding. The room (conservatory indoor/outdoor space) was very noisy, so a few members of our party struggled to hear across the round table. However, given it was Father's Day, and the football was on the big screen, I can understand it was busy and noisy.

The setting on Terrace was excellent, great weather and great service. Welcome very pro and engaged, and our waitress Nia assisted us well all the way for a top Father’s day experience. Food was checked for allergies first, and antipasti superb (carpaccio, salmon sashimi plate both a delight!) and the full T Bone:: a breath taking experience! Highly recommended place for top celebration

The food seemed overpriced for the quality and quantity. The cocktails were 90% ice and the rest was watered down alcohol. During dessert I bit into a large piece of plastic, when we brought this to their attention they just said sorry, nothing else was offered and the dessert wasn’t removed from the bill … we spent over £500 so this is disappointing, will most likely not be going back as we have had much better service and food at other places spending that amount of money.

The food was nice. The plates and glasses had food on them from previous customers, could see the other customers plates/glasses had food residue on them also. Staff was nice but done nothing to rectify. Manger took dessert of the bill but only 1 person had dessert due to the dessert being change several times due to cleanness of the table wear resulting in the deserts getting cancelled.
