Had to wait 15 mins at the bar with children for our table that we already reserved. Very loud music, had to talk loud to have a conversation. Waitress had an attitude, and bill was completely wrong. I understand it’s Christmas, but it’s probably better to come when it’s in the slower season. Positive thing though- drinks and food came out fast. Everyone enjoyed their food.

Booked for a party of 10 for an elderly relatives birthday. Was a bit worried about the service, table or food choice as it was the week before Christmas - but it was all great! Lovely restaurant, amazing staff who were attentive without being overbearing. Great for selection - every meal was delicious - and we had a wonderful evening. Cant fault it for location or ambience. So easy to be disappointed in chain restaurants in this part of town, but this is a special place which has a family run feel. They even had the lower floor closed for a private event, but you wouldn’t have known it because in no way did the service above suffer. Definitely a place to know.

Really good experience we went as part of a work Christmas meal with the set menu. This was catered well, waiters constantly topping up glasses. However part meals (chips to accompany the steak) came 10 minutes after so the steak was cold when the whole dish arrived. We had a nut allergy guest which they catered for and modified the meal for with no issues. Food and portion sizes were very decent and the food was delicious!

We booked a late lunch for 11 as part of a Xmas get together. Booking was well handled and they squeezed an extra diner in with no trouble. Food was of a high quality though we found portion sizes on the small side. Prices on the high side of reasonable, but you are in Mayfair so that's what you'd expect. Good wine list.

Probably the time of year but this is a very noisy restaurant and this detracted from our experience. The food was ok, but no more than that.

Family Lunch at Christmas time. Really nice restuarant, freidly helpful staff. Food was very tasty - lost one star becuase portion sizes were very small - especially the LASAGNE AL WAGYU E TARTUFO - a really special lasagne, that is so special they even put a photo in the menu - where it looks at least 5cm tall. What arrived was half the size of the one in the picture. Its like the difference between the picture of a BigMac and what actually arrives in the box! Service was good but not a perfect 5 Stars, had to ask twice for the espresso. They also bought a second plate of pasta to the table for my child instead of her ice cream - which was swiftly rectified. All in all a very nice lunch.

was good food, awful service, getting told to hurry up when ordering food because they were falling behind on orders. Very rude and obnoxious.

Very busy lunch service at the restaurant. Food was tasty if not a little expensive if you do not stick to pasta or pizza. Overall a good venue during non peak season as it was extremely busy.
