was good food, awful service, getting told to hurry up when ordering food because they were falling behind on orders. Very rude and obnoxious.

Very busy lunch service at the restaurant. Food was tasty if not a little expensive if you do not stick to pasta or pizza. Overall a good venue during non peak season as it was extremely busy.

Ruim van te voren hebben wij gereserveerd, we kregen tijdens het eten wel de indruk dat we weer snel weg moesten. Naast onze tafel werd alles gereed gemaakt voor een grote groep waar ook onze tafel voor nodig was. Het eten was niet slecht maar ook niet top te noemen. Prijs-kwaliteit was i.i.g. ver te zoeken. We hebben hier vaker gegeten maar zullen hier waarschijnlijk niet terug komen.

We haven’t been to Piccolinos for a while, food was good but expensive at £200 for two. Also sat near the door which was drafty and chilly when people were going in and out. We used to love it here but wouldn’t rush back after today.

Restaurant à fuir absolument : après avoir réservé pour 4 moyennant un acompte de 40 livres, on nous a fait attendre plus d’1/2 heures au bar dans une ambiance sonore insupportable interdisant toute conversation, avant d’être placé. S’il n’y avait pas eu l’acompte nous serions partis. Le repas pris frise le scandale eu égard à la faible quantité et à la mauvaise qualité des plats servis (pâtes, lasagnes etc.) surtout comparé à leur prix élevé. Une très mauvaise pioche !

Lovely restaurant. Food was delicious. We were told that we had only 1 hour 45 minutes which felt a bit of pressure on us to order. But the customer service was excellent. Carlos served us and he sorted out a little birthday dessert as we were celebrating a special bday. Quite a justly bustly atmosphere which we thoroughly enjoyed. Not a quiet place for a quiet intimate meal however. Decor was lovely and had the Christmas vibe. Would certainly visit again soon.

We were greeted warmly on our arrival but once seated it took ages to be served. We understood it busy because of Christmas and unfortunately for us, most of the waiting staff seemed distracted with no happy interaction and we therefore didn’t feel looked after. The calamari starter was good and it arrived extremely quickly which surprised us. The melenzane parmigiano was on a cold plate which I sent back. When it reappeared it was much more presentable with extra sauce which I was pleased with. On the whole the restaurant was noisy we felt a bit squashed in and not particularly looked after. We have had a nicer times at other Piccolino restaurants.

Food was ok, no better than that whilst the wines were very good. 1st hour ok with attentive staff. We were there for 2 hrs 30mins. 40 mins waiting for deserts and another 15 trying to pay Management didn’t seem to care when I mentioned it. £455 for 4 people…hoped for more

It was just ok. My son and husband didn’t feel well the next day. They made a few errors on the food. They were out of vanilla ice cream. Wouldn’t come back with so many great options in Mayfair.
