Located on the charming town’s busy High Street, the newly-renovated Piccolino restaurant, guests will dine in the most divine setting. Boasting glamorous wood panelling, diamond cut mirrors, a spacious marble-topped bar area, and greenery throughout the main restaurant guests can relax watching the chefs in action in the open kitchen. With an exclusive menu taking guests on a journey of taste using the finest ingredients across Italy, guests can experience fish expertly filleted tableside, Fassona beef sourced from Piedmont in North West Italy and authentic Italian pasta dishes like the Carbonara Grande, prepared at the table from a giant pecorino cheese wheel. The gem in Piccolino’s crown is it’s secret garden, a beautiful winterised terrace, where guests can soak up the summer sun Mediterranean style or cosy up in the heated all weather terrace, no matter the Marlow weather, with a DJ performing on selected evenings.

Very disappointed with our experience. The restaurant was so loud that even the staff could not hear our orders. The outside terrace was like sitting in a badly lit garage and at every table there was a loud speaker so you could not have a conversation. The food was terrible and the Duck was dry. Very expensive for the lack of quality in the food. Definitely a place for drinks rather than food. This was a Birthday celebration and even the cake that was meant for my Mum was given to the wrong table. The waitress just gave two to the same customer.

Really lovely restaurant, fabulous staff and great food. The bathrooms let them down though - not very clean, sink-tops awash with water, dodgy door locks and soap dispensers (with lovely soap) but with an inability to dispense. Thankfully I didn't use them until I was just about to leave. Other than that - it was a great evening.

Food was ‘ok’, nothing special. None of us felt like we’d come again despite having been fans of the Marlow Bar & Grill. Service was also ‘ok’ with a few frustrations e.g no plate on which to eat oysters, chasing waiters for coffees and similarly having to do so for the bill.

It was meant to be a birthday meal for me with friends. The atmosphere was nowhere near the same as Piccolinos in Virginia waters; it was flat and dead for a Saturday night with no music. The food arrived and my friends steak was chewy and tough. He went without any dinner as the waitress asked if he’d like an alternative and he just asked for some more fries (which never turned up). In the end the manager finally came over to apologise

Lovely atmosphere and great service, when we had an issue with our order it was sorted out straight away. Food was lovely and again service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

A fab Saturday spent on the terrace having lunch in the sun. Food, service and atmosphere was spot on - would recommend and will definitely be back!

Food was OK except risotto came with only one prawn, same with the linguine. The garlic spinach tasted of nothing. You need to update the drinks menu to show that the "0%" Birra Moretti is in fact 0.05%. I know the rules around the beer company being allowed to advertise as "zero alcohol" but if you're going to put the percentage on your menu, you might as well put the correct thing. When someone asks for water you should ask them if they mean tap or bottled. £5.50 for a bottle is daylight robbery. It took 3 requests to get some mayonnaise, by which point I barely needed it. A member of staff going around clearing glasses decided to empty what was left in one of our party's coke bottle into his glass. The glass had rum in it, so the member of staff had effectively weakened and ruined his drink. He did replace it with another rum but it's beside the point - why would you interfere with someone's drink? The door to the terrace kept getting slammed as people/staff came in and out. This was quite annoying. Also when booking, the terrace was described as "indoor" but the roof was open, which is fair enough given the recent heat but it should be made clear that it may be open. I suffered horrendously with my hayfever due to being exposed to the pollen as a result of the roof being open.
