We really enjoyed our meal here, we all had something different and were all very happy with our choices. Service was fantastic, we asked to move tables and we were not at all made to feel that this was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and come again!

Sat on the roof terrace which the Manager opened for all guests to enjoy the unexpected sunny evening. Meal and staff were amazing as always. Thanks

Piccolino in alderley edge used to be our go to. After the closer we’re trying to find a new restaurant so we booked a local hotel for what we thought would be a night of delicious food a wine, the staff was rude. No burrata, seabass, ribeye or lobster all unavailable but want noticed till we went to order so we had to change are option. Oysters come without the usual diced onions and Tabasco but that wasn’t the end of the world, I had the meat antipasto starter as a main but the mozzarella was off it tasted tangy and stale it was placed all across the meats so I had to send it back if am honest the taste nocked me sick so I decided not to re order anything which resulted in me having nothing to eat at the restaurant as I don’t eat oysters. my parters seafood pasta was bland but it was fine to eat. Staff was not phased by the stale food and the waiter was shockingly rude and was very in helpful. I will not return and I will be leaving an email for the manager at the restaurant.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. I’d like to address a few points. The sea bass and ribeye were available; only the burrata and lobster were sold out due to our commitment to ingredient freshness. We don't serve oysters with shallot vinegar unless you request it. I personally tasted the mozzarella you returned and found it fresh and delicious. We did apologize and offered a replacement, but you declined.
