The food was not great small portions not very hot. I felt it was expensive for what we got.

Piccolino - Heddon Street exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, attentive service. The food was exceptional—each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. The ambience was perfect, combining a cosy atmosphere with elegant touches that made the evening special. I highly recommend Piccolino - Heddon Street and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you for an unforgettable evening!

We normally eat here as a couple and have always been very satisfied, this time we were a family group of 11 of mixed ages one who is gluten and dairy intolerant. Apart from slight delay on the gluten/dairy pizza everything was fantastic and everyone in the group were impressed.

I visited a few weeks back for a work team lunch and enjoyed therefore I took my mum for another trip back and the visit I had this time was not great. First of all we were waiting outside by the reservation point to be seated for over 5 minutes despite it being fairly empty. We then got told to go and wait inside where we would be seen to be seated. We were seated outside as requested. We had to ask for tap water 2 times as the waiter forgot the first time. The starters were fine. We both ordered Arrabiata pasta and upon arrival the pasta was hard, under cooked. We sent both back and then next batch arrived and it was still hard. We ate as much as we could but when our plates were taken away we made the staff aware again that the food wasn’t great. We were offered a free dessert, however declined and as we were drinking a bottle of Prosecco we got given a free glass each. The service wasn’t great from start to finish, not very attentive, even the couple sat next to us had to ask for the menus and their tap water 2 times as well !!! It really did just taste like some sauce on pasta.

My friend and I had a very pleasant Saturday early evening dinner at Piccolino - Heddon Street. Although we were about 45 minutes early for our reservation, we were seated immediately, and we had a leisurely meal with good wine and excellent service.

This is over hyped, expensive, poor service, staff are full of themselves as opposed to being aware of what the table and customer needs. The bearded manager needs to go back to school
