    We arrived 15 mins early and told to go away and come back 15 mins later. No offer to sit at the bar and have a drink. Came back 15 mins later and table wasn't available and told to sit at the bar and have a drink. Barman was very nice and brought us a wine and beer and 2 glasses of ice and lemon for the bottle of water we ordered. The water never turned up. 15 mins later despite other diners arriving after us and being seated we were offered a table. Half an hour later we had our order taken. Starters arrived promptly, by this time we had finished our drinks, no offer for more. We had to find a server to ordered more. Dirty plates weren't taken away. Finally main course arrived, it was OK. Ordered desserts, no tiramisu, which seems odd in an Italian restaurant but heigh ho. Got the bill with the bottle of water kthat we never had on it. Sorted that. Feel a little annoyed having to pay service charge when the service is poor. Wouldn't recommend this place

    Food was good. We had seafood and it was really nice. Service was good as well. There is outside area which is nice

    I’ve visited many times and been very happy with the quality and experience. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case today. The service was lovely and friendly but incredibly slow. This really stressed us out as we were going to the theatre but had allowed 2 hours for a 2 course meal. The drinks are so overpriced now especially the cocktails and wine. That said the food (apart from the house bread which was stale) was delicious

    Met up with a friend for lunch here yesterday and it was a good experience. Portion sizes were a little on the small side - especially given the price - but the ambience and service were good, as was the quality of the food.
