Possibly one of the nicest restaurants that I have visited in Harrogate. The ambience was perfect and the food was fantastic. A definite place to visit.

Booked well in advance for special occasion 60th birthday Celebration restaurant catering for 2 private parties Which led to most things on menu not being available to order. No pre notification from restaurant to inform us as we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere with a full choice of menu. Very poor

Deana, I find it very unfair to receive such low score without mentioning the effort that myself and my colleague Martyna made for you and your party so you could have a great experience with us. Yes we had few dishes that had been sold out during the day but we have a great and extensive menu with lots of choices and all the food that we served for your party, were highly enjoyed from everyone. I clearly recall that every single plate, was left empty and the compliments for the quality of the food that your guests had, were very positive. The 2 birthday ladies seemed to me, to be enjoying their meal and no one looked disgruntled with the level of service and food we provided to you. When you all left the restaurant, everyone thanked me personally for the great meal they had...

First time dining with this chain, food service & ambience excellent. Only thing that let down experience was we were seated in window seat away from main restaurant & was cold 🥶 when door was opened.

We had dinner and drinks at Piccolino, the food alongside with the service was absolutely outstanding, we had Jose serving us and he was top notch, couldn’t recommend more.

Really lovely evening, only thing would be the table choice. We were given a table for 3 when there was only 2 of us, 3rd chair wasn’t even taken away.

Lovely friendly welcome helpful staff. Great service and delicious food. Loved the music. Salvatore was very helpful in finding are theatre for us and he came outside to show us the road. Thank you very much for a great time.
