From booking to eating. AMAZING experience. We went for my partners birthday. The food was plentiful, my steak cooked to perfection, scallops were out of this world, service was friendly and I can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality. Topped off with a mini birthday dessert suprise which I had no idea was coming. A beautiful evening in a beautiful setting especially the roof terrace is an amazing addition to the is beautifully decorated restaurant. Salvatore showed the upstairs area where we finished off the evening with few delicious cocktails 🍹🍸

I booked a reservation at the Harrogate restaurant on the roof terrace, when we arrived we were told because there had been an exhibition it was closed. The waited then let us choose a table indoors and proceeded to inform us of about 5 dishes that weren’t available as sold out, I asked to speak to the manager as was not happy, the manager came and I asked why hadn’t I been informed prior to my booking that the roof top was not available, he apologised for this but I really was not happy so took my business else where

It is impossible to find fault with anything regarding our dining experience at the Piccolino. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent — we had the chicken parmigiana and chicken in a truffle sauce, and both were very tasty and cooked to perfection. The desserts of mille flour and the semifreddo were delicious too. We would definitely go back there to dine soon.

Had such a lovely time here on Saturday night. My friend and I had a delicious meal, the wine was lovely and the service was honestly top notch! A special shout out to Jez ,Ben and Salvatore for such amazing service, they literally could not do enough. We will be back we had a great time and they made us feel so welcome!!

One meal was really bland .. rest was okay. Service was slow. Maitre D was not interested.. so overall not the best compared to what you can get in Harrogate

took our daughter and some friends for her birthday last night. Met with a really friendly welcome from Salvatore. The service is really good here- very helpful and polite. They brought a cake out for my daughter and sang happy birthday, which was a lovely touch. The food was tasty. Thank you. Will definitely come back.

Food was nice enough but not enough of it. Small portions. Ambience was non existent. Found the place quiet and lacked any soul. Bland looking room.

Walked in to lovely polite staff that showed us to our table, sat down and ordered our food nice fast service with the starter a tomato pizza bread (can’t go wrong with that) then the mains came out the only thing I can compare it to is the food was actually worse then Frankie and bennies, nothing fresh about it at all!! I would highly not recommend you to eat at this restaurant!! If you want proper home cooked Italian food do NOT eat here!! It was shocking, very annoying as the staff were so polite and friendly too just the food let them down!
