   Amazing again. Rosario our favourite waiter is the. Best -his harmonica playing really makes the evening for those celebrating special occasions. He is the reason we choose to eat here more than anywhere. Give that man a bonus!

   It was our first time and it was amazing. I loved the vibe, decor and food. Service was great too

   Excellent early evening meal for four of rhe family. Welcomed and looked after by the excellent team led by Pasquale. Great food as always. And a free bottle on Champagne today as a perk of being a Diamond member.

   Excellent as always. Pasquale, Domenico and the team looked after us making the evening special. Thanks to Rosario for being the best and most personable waiter, and a shout out to Ciara too who we had a lovely chat to. The menu tweaks recently have enhanced the offer and the atmosphere (we were on the terrace for a change) was lovely.

   Had a lovely evening with fantastic service, amazing food which was reasons priced. A beautiful, modern restaurant. Would recommend.

   Service was of a good standard. My son’s chicken was ordered plain but arrived with cheese and tomato added, this was dealt with by the staff. Managers were standing around talking to each other and this made us feel uncomfortable, as if we should not be asking for the meal to be corrected. There was no pepper available on the table. When I asked a staff member they grunted it was on the table and gesticulated towards the 2 salt dispensers on the table, when I pointed out they were both salt the staff member then apologised and retrieved the pepper but made us feel stupid for asking. All in all not the friendliest of services.

   First visit to Piccolino Hale. Had family lunch and the food was absolutely delicious. The welcome and service was also faultless. Really lovely restaurant and would highly recommend.
