Piccolino, an authentic Italian Restaurant, is a proud fixture of the Chester dining scene. Located on Pepper Street, Piccolino in Chester boasts an open kitchen, cocktail bar, and wine boutique. Piccolino is also home to Chester’s very first Prosecco bar and alfresco terrace.
We visit the regions, meet the producers and are committed to sourcing the best quality ingredients. At Piccolino, passion for provenance is at the forefront of our menu, which incorporates the best and freshest seasonal produce, Italian cheeses, meat and seafood, all delivering pure classic Italian flavours.

Stairs to the bathroom were a killer after the races Place was buzzing. Glad we booked Food and service excellent

Food was good although the clams in the linguine vongole were not such great quality and it lacked flavour. I’ve had the same dish at the Knutsford Piccolino which was much better. We weren’t offered a drinks order before our food order was taken so felt a little rushed! What put a dampener on the meal was the tables being crammed together so close that we squeezed in to sit down then had waitresses flying past the table uncomfortably close (and actually knocked my wine glass). They also guided other guests through the tight gap to tables behind us so we felt like we were seated in the thoroughfare.
