It was a very pleasant experience. I was stuck in traffic and arrived late. I rang ahead to let them know and they were very accommodating for a busy Saturday night.

To be fair it was very busy for a Monday night, but as a result the service wasn't great. Constantly chasing waitresses to order, pour our own wine, asked for parmesan and black pepper rather than be offered, and then did nor apply the OpenTable discount offered when placing the booking (the food and drink was overpriced for what it was without it). As said, I'm not sure I can blame the staff, there just wasn't enough of them and they were massively overwhelmed. But unlikely to return - for that price I expect better tbh and there is better out there for less.

We are truly sorry that you had to chase our staff for service, pour your own wine, and request parmesan and black pepper, which should have been offered as part of your meal. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how this would have impacted your overall experience. Loved it today. An early Sunday lunch and a bottle of champagne. What's not to love? Staff and food all good. Well worth a visit if in Manchester as the inside is really nice.

Food was very good and the portions generous. Our server was a treat and added to our enjoyment. One suggestion: once the restaurant starts to fill up, stop the music. At that point it adds nothing, except to needlessly increase noise levels.
