It's a great restaurant to be with, the waiters are friendly, and all the dishes are fresh, which I liked

Much of the menu was unavailable-reason given they had had a busy Sunday lunchtime. Restaurant was very quiet yet the service was very slow. Food was nice and staff very pleasant but overall it was very expensive and not worth the premium cost - better value to be had in nearby restaurants.

It does happen that indeed due to busy services, the demand exceeds the quantity that we hold in stock and for that I would like to apologize, and I would also like to apologize if you had some delays on the service. I will certainly look into this as we are always aiming to improve. I am very glad to hear that you have found the food and staff a bonus to the experience. I cannot turn back time but I you would like to tempt you to return and have another go at our restaurant as I am sure that this was a very punctual situation and we can leave a much better impression of our work class hospitality. Great overall experience at Piccolono, great friendly staff, very fresh and tasty meals and a great selection on the menu. Great atmosphere with contemporary music and comfortable seating. With the restaurant not being very busy at lunch, the timing between meals was longer than anticipated, waiting 50 minutes between our starters and our mains. I would recommend this place if you have a lot of time to enjoy the overall experience.

Food very good. The table we sat at was next to kitchen so it was a little noisy. Service was a bit slow but staff were very nice. Look forward to our next visit
