We’ve been here many times and always enjoyed it, so booked for Fathers Day. The service was absolutely shockingly bad. We waited over an hour for our starters, then a further 40 mins for main course. Took over 20 mins for a pint of larger. None of the staff asked if we were ok, apologised for delay, etc. Half an hour after we’d finished eating I asked for the bill- our plates were still on the table! And no desert menu offered. Terrible Father’s Day experience

We love it here and it’s our local restaurant. Never been on a special day before. We came for Father’s Day, had to wait for our table even though we booked. Had to ask to order food as no one came to us after a while. The staff are so lovely and can’t fault them at all but was just a bit too busy and maybe needed more staff, they were rushed off feet. Food was lovely as always

I have awarded five stars for everything in spite of the fact that we didn’t actually have the meal, as there was a power cut in Bramhall and the restaurant was closed. However, the manager rang us in advance to notify us, so avoiding a wasted journey and allowing us to make alternative arrangements. Full marks for customer service!

I have been coming to this restaurant for many years. The service was very very poor. The restaurant was quiet took 20 mons to get a drink. 30 mins for someone to take our order. The food was just OK. No one came to see if we wanted deserts and walked out. Very very poor Picollino’s Bramah.
