It’s been a while since we ate at Piatti but we were very impressed. The food was fresh and delicious and our server took good care of us. We will be back again.

A favorite from long ago, updated and IMO improved. Food and service and ambiance all excellent. Not the quietest restaurant but far more comfortable in this regard than many…you can actually hear each other! Rapidly becoming a go-to for us.

I like this place! Just think it’s too expensive. Also the sourdough bread (for which they now charge you!) is not near as good as before. Cheaper recipe?

We had wonderful service & enjoyed our cocktails, mussels, sweet potato crusted trout & wine. Delicious! We sat in a cozy spot & enjoyed catching up with our friends.

The order of a dirty martini resulted in a regular martini. The Cesar was on par with HEB. The bolognese was perfect.

Honestly really great restaurant, we weren’t sure on which wine to get so the waiter let us try a few before selecting a bottle. The short rib sugo and chicken alfredo were amazing. We got the burrata as well for an appetizer which was so good. We were never rushed and felt like a priority to our waiter which was nice. 10/10, can’t wait to come back

We had a girls luncheon for a friend's birthday. The servers and hosts went out of their way to make the day special. We all shared the Flourless Chocolate Cake. It is fabulous. Our luncheon food was wonderful too.

We come to Piatti regularly for the excellent food and service. This visit was no different - our table service was attentive, friendly and responsive to requests. We started with appetizer olives w chili oil and Caesar salad - both very good. We moved on to sweet potato crusted trout, subbing spiral zucchini for the pasta and pollo mattone with green beans, snap peas and favs beans. The dishes were excellent as usual, but the whipped ricotta with the chicken just doesn’t seem to fit. I avoided it because it seemed to be flavorless. But still, well prepared dish and nicely presented. It was a bit loud compared to compared to what we normally experience. If I have to pick one thing to critique since the remodel and reopen, it’s the seating. The regular tables have chairs that have very uncomfortable curved backs on them. We forgot to requester the sofa style seating near the bar but will be sure to do so in the future. I really wish they could replace these chairs.. it detracts from an otherwise great experience.
