Piano Kensington is the perfect location for an after-work drink, a special occasion or just to dance the night away! Sit back and relax or get up to boogie as the Piano Man plays music that spans across the decades, all played at your request.

Located within the five-star Royal Garden Hotel, in the bustling neighbourhood of Kensington and right on the doorstep of Hyde Park, Piano has an extensive drinks menu and a selection of pizzas and bar snacks.

We have limited online table availability but we have plenty of standing room so walk in guests are always welcomed. Group bookings are welcome, please call the Bar or email us at pianokensington@royalgardenhotel.co.uk with enquiries.

It’s a lovely place but the pianist wasn’t good at all. His piano playing was fine - his singing was criminally bad bad bad. We wondered if it was Karaoke night! Good wine list and we had olives and chips - fine. For a Friday night it was very quiet. Shame. Would have liked it to be more buzzy. But a better pianist would have moved it to another level. There must be good pianists so close to the Albert Hall hoping to add to their earnings. Surely!! The basics are in place - whoever was in charge of auditions has given the job to that cousin who can’t be employed!

All very polite and charming, but got very confused over ordering. Thought I was ordering a Margarita pizza and got served a cocktail!🤷‍♂️but still felt obligated to pay for a very overpriced drink that I did not like.

Booked the wrong place, should have been at pianoworks, not piano bar! What a great mistake to make! Pianist were amazing, fun, energetic and super talented. Fantastic evening, cannot wait to return!

We didn’t eat but we walked in and were the only ones in there and it still took a while for our drinks. We asked the piano player could we request a certain style of music - was met with just a NO as he then went and sat at the bar. We were the only ones in there so we swiftly left.

Loads to drink ! Just had small burgers as a snack . v nice ! Intend to return and try the pizzas next trip. Enjoyed the music - performance by Chris had the customers up and dancing !

All great even if it is quite week day. We get all the enjoyment from the bar staff and live music. Great experience

Simply WOW! It is in my top 5 best experiences, the staff were so polite and extremely helpful, the food was fabulous, but the main highlight was the music, truly gifted pianist and a born entertainer, I’m embarrassed to say I never caught his name, the place itself was almost empty which was sad for the gentleman as, talent like that deserves a large crowd, but it was great for us as it felt like a private show. I don’t go to London very often, but this place will definitely get me back sooner, special thank you to Adam for making us feel welcome, he is a credit to the team.
