Reserved a table for 2 on a Friday evening. Arrived on tjme. Got shown to our table. The restaurant was about 1/3 full, pretty quiet for a Friday evening. Got given menus & told a server would come round. We never saw him. Waited 15 min & LEFT. No one bothered taking our drinks order let alone our food order. Had been there previously, had a great experience. Such a pity.

We enjoyed the karaoke and the people in general. It’s truly a hidden gem.

It was ok nothing special. To much garlic….. service was not good server only came twice and never brought silverware

The food wasn’t as good as has been in the past. Miss the queso dip. Menu needs a little change/expansion.

Our first time at this venue. Started out rough but got better. We had a reservation but arrived to a packed dining room as did about a dozen others right after us. Host greeted us but didn't seem to know what was going on. A second hostess came in and told us wait would be 15-30 minutes and asked us to wait by the bar. A third hostess (maybe manager) came and apologized and told us our first round of drinks was on her. We got a table shortly after that even before we ordered our drinks but the hostess said . Wait service was great. Food came quick. Noodles were good although the price felt a bit high for noodles. Some confusion at the end when they ended up charging us for the drinks we were told were on the house but they took care of that as well without any hassle. I would definitely go back.

We had the best experience! The manager and wait staff were so kind to us. We had a reservation and the system glitched and they still seated us so quickly and were so accommodating. We will be back!

I recently had the pleasure of being served by the most delightful waiter, Quan or Quam. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations, but his friendliness and humor truly enhanced our dining experience. He effortlessly engaged with our table, making us feel welcomed and entertained throughout the meal. His witty remarks and charming demeanor left a lasting impression, making our evening memorable. I highly recommend dining at PhoRamen’L and requesting to be served by this exceptional waiter for an enjoyable and entertaining dining experience.
