We want to Welcome you to the Phoenix Bourbon Room. We offer a
blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, perfect for a relaxed evening after
exploring the city. The low lighting and wooden accents create a cozy atmosphere that
invites you to unwind. Our food speaks for itself when we say there are no wrong choices. We smoke our brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and meat loaf in house. We take pride in our meats and how we prepare them.

Our Bourbon Selection is one of the Largest in the state. We offer hard-to-get bourbons, whiskies, and scotches.

Every Saturday from 5pm-8pm we offer Bourbon tastings free of charge for all our guests eating in our restaurant. We fly out reps to educate and allow our guests to taste sought after and even rare liquor from some of the world's most popular companies. Some include Sazerac Pappy Van Winkle, Whistle pig, Angels Envy, Macallan, Glenlivet, Elijah Craige, Uncle Nearest, and so much more!

They overbooked or had a complete issue with hosting and taking reservations. A lot of people had the same time reservations and it was chaos for dinner time.

They over booked and were not able to accommodate our reservation. We had to go somewhere else even though we made this reservation in advance.

This restaurant is going to fail if it does not hire a manager or someone who knows how to run a restaurant. We had a reservation and so did about 30 other people that showed up to no hostess or manager and the restaurant was full of people that had been waiting an hour plus for food. The wait staff did their best but it was a complete disaster and almost everyone there had tickets to a show or other event and had no choices and had to leave to make the show. Food showed up as we were leaving after two hours. The worst experience I have had at a restaurant

I made a reservation for 5:45. We arrived at 5:45 to a long line out the door. Apparently, most of the line was also waiting on their reservation. It took nearly 15 minutes to even check in, as one person was manning the hostess station and was rarely there. Communication was severely lacking as people with reservations after ours were being seated. We were finally seated over 30 min past our reservation time. Then, we waited another 15 minutes before we left, as we never even saw a server, for even a water. 2 tables next to us, who were there before we sat down still had not been approached by a server.

Will never try again. Had a reservation 2.5 hours before an event across the street. Took over 20 minutes to be addressed as there was only one person seating parties. We waited 90 minutes for food then had to leave for the event. No attempt was made to address this while we waited. As we were departing, the food arrived, cold and with incorrect items. The manager was really rude about taking the food - that we didn’t eat because we were literally walking out the door - off the bill and made no other attempts to rectify the experience. The food looked terrible and like it had sat a while, but was cold to the touch. The server was nice but spread way too thin and could not be attentive.

The restaurant was overbooked. We were sat, and then it took an hour to get our drinks. They said they ran out of glasses. Food then took another hour, and we never had a refill.

Our food and cocktails were very good, but the service was horrible. We had a reservation before the rodeo at Chase field and when we arrived there were very few people there. It took 25 minutes to take our drink order and 45 minutes to take the food order. People at other tables arriving after us were served before our order was taken. Very disappointing!

So impressed that our host read my profile! I’ll change it because it caused some confusion…thank you! Food was excellent, drinks were amazing. Our server disappeared at the end of our meal and we had to ask for our bill. Otherwise, it was good. We’ll come here again! Very comfortable space!
