Pho Norwich is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup, and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles and healthy salads, too. We also have loads of starters that are perfect for sharing with friends and family. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular diets. We are accredited by Coeliac UK. Aside from our lovely food we offer a brilliant range of healthy juices, as well as delicious wine and beer, and a fantastic cocktail menu too. If you're unable to dine-in, you can click & collect your order, or find us on Deliveroo.

Thoroughly enjoyed our first time eating at Phos in Norwich. The food was very good; staff friendly and helpful taking time to make recommendations and to explain some of the dishes we were not familiar with. There was no rush to vacate our table which added to the enjoyment. I would highly recommend it.

Service - good Food quality -very poor Spring rolls for starter, these were wrapped in clear rice paper which was very chewy and rubbery, felt more like plastic or rubber and the flavour was bland. Main meal- I had a king prawn noodle pho soup, This was also very bland, the broth was clear and tasteless, I had to ask for a bowl of sweet chilli sauce to add to it in order to add some form of flavour to it. There were only 3 prawns in the bowl. The herbs on the accompanying plate were not tender with very tough stalks. This was a very disappointing dish. I recently had a similar dish at a small independent Vietnamese restaurant in Brighton. which was amazing, filling, full of flavour and protein, there was no comparison. On a positive note our young waiter was very pleasant and friendly, however he did not make us aware of the compulsory service charge which is added to your bill. You do not see bill prior to paying, everything is on a handheld device which the waiter has. After paying you receive a printout which then shows that you have unknowingly paid a service charge. from reading other reviews this seems to be a recurring complaint. Also you cannot pay cash unfortunately an uninspiring and disappointing meal.

Shocked at the amount of food that contains peanuts. Very unsafe and disappointing for someone with allergies The waiter was rude and seemed inexperienced with basic waiting skills. Another table behind us also complained about this waiter. Incorrect food and drink was brought to us twice. Was advised incorrectly about the menu / portion sizes. Was quite expensive for the lack of value. For a new restaurant it was very dark and not very nice ambience

Delicious food and great service. Majority of menu is gluten free which is a refreshing change and nice to have some much choice

I recently dined at Pho with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The staff provided a warm welcome and explained the menu formats, which was a positive start. The pho my friend ordered was great even though the portion was on the smaller side. However, the chargrilled pork rice bowl turned out to be a confusing choice—I expected the classic broken rice and marinated pork but received a cauliflower-based dish without any say in the matter. The cauliflower was drenched in oil, making it overly salty and greasy. Additionally, the pork lacked the authentic lemongrass flavor I anticipated. While the restaurant had a cool vibe, the music was surprisingly loud for a lunchtime visit. Overall, I won’t be recommending Pho to others based on this disappointing experience. 😔🍽️👎

Overall our meal it was enjoyable. One slight down side, for such a large seating capacity perhaps one or two more staff would be beneficial.

Overall a very average meal. Very annoyed that a 12.5 service charge is automatically added.
